An in-depth acting intensive for students in grades 1-8
with a serious interest in performing for Television and Film
Join HUB's Emma Gibbs for an intensive program that works towards preparing youth for a future in professional theatre, television and film. This acting intensive focuses on how to act on camera for professional auditions and television work. Students learn about on-screen audition technique, on-set practices, the 'biz' of commercial and film, and discover how to break into the industry from those who have done it! The class will also spend time working on students improv skills and applications as well as how to apply the work on-camera.
Each session is 12 weeks at one hour
Student expectations and in-class work is designed specifically for them depending on their level, comfort, and previous work in past sessions.
We work with students from whatever level they are at.
