Combining performance education with quality productions holds a great place in the heart of HUB. We created HYC as a way of branching out from our open HUB shows to include a full season of our traditional productions as well as new, professional and educational musical theatre training and productions.
Our Elite Youth company welcomes select members from grades k-12 to be a part of a year-long theatre company in order to produce competitive and professional youth performers .
Our H.Y.C will work weekly throughout each term to build essential performance skills including voice, acting and dance training culminating their learnings in a final professional Musical Productions with their fellow company members. Each H.Y.C age group will train at their designated times before joining together in the final production month.
If being a part of this elite/ professional training doesn’t sound right for you DON’T FRET! Our traditional HUB Productions will still be a regular part of our season as we continue to evaluate and adjust our teaching styles and production methods to best help our students succeed and have fun!
If you are not selected for our elite company but would like to try again in the future- be sure to audition for our traditional HUB shows as well as take as many HUB classes as you can. We love to help foster your artistic growth.
The company is broken into groups: Please apply to the appropriate age category for consideration.
* if you would like to be considered for a higher level beyond your age group you must have previous HUB training in either HYC or numerous other HUB programming
