Programmed camp hours runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Staff will be onsite for early drop-off beginning at 8:30am and late pick-up till 4:30pm.
Earlier drop-off/later pick-up is available upon request for the price of $25 for either early or late or $45 for both (per child, per week), please contact us to discuss.

Camp and Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests (less $75 admin fee) must be made in writing to [email protected] at least 21 days before the start date of your child's camp/class session or we can keep 100% of the amount paid on file as an in-house credit for future use up to two years.
Cancellations Due to Medical or Emergency Circumstances:
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (less $75 admin fee) after the cancellation and refund period for medical or emergencies circumstances only. An email notice of cancellation with explanation of medical or emergency circumstances must be provided for a refund request to be considered. Additional documentation may be requested by HUB Productions. Partial or full refunds for medical or emergency circumstances will be at the discretion of HUB Productions after reviewing the request.
Camp Transfer Policy:
Camp transfer requests must be requested at least 14 days before the start date of your child’s camp session. Requests will be considered based on availability within the requested program. There is an administrative fee of $50 per camp/per child for each transfer. There are no refunds of transfer fees.
Session Cancellation:
We must have a minimum of 10 campers registered the week before the camp starts in order for the camp to run. We apologize in advance for any disappointment. If a program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, every effort will be made to place campers in a similar program. If HUB Productions cancels a program/camp session and is unable to place camper in a similar program a full refund will be issued.
Changes in Cancellation and Refund Procedures:
HUB Productions may make changes to cancellation and refund procedures when considering the health and safety of campers and staff. No refunds will be given for campers arriving late, leaving early, dismissed from camp, or unable to attend all or part of a session.

Camper and Staff Cellular Device Protocol:
HUB productions does not allow use of electronic devices during class or camp hours, unless during break times for limited personal use. Your child is PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos of other children or staff at any point in time. A senior staff member will hold the device until pick-up if your child cannot follow these restrictions.

- If you cancel with less than 21 days of the camp/class starting an in-house credit (less $75 admin fee) will be applied for future use (no refunds).
- If cancellation occurs with less than 14 days and no medical note is provided, 50% of the original fee will be applied as an in-house credit (no refunds).

- Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing for registrations originally processed by cash, cheque or credit card payment.
