HYC: Junior Stars (Grades 2,3,4 and 5*)

*Grade 6 students have the choice to work with the Juniors for an additional year- or they may apply to the Senior Stars. We leave the choice up to you.
*Advanced Grade 5 students interested in a bigger challenge may request to audition for Senior Stars.
Our Junior Stars program will focus on one full-length Main Stage production. Students will audition on their first day and will be cast in the show before the second class. All students will be given a role that is appropriate to their age, experience, audition and comfortability. We work to challenge students and give them a place to shine in many different aspects. Watching them grow in whatever role they are given and have a sense of accomplishment when they get to present a high-quality production to their family and peers.
Students will be trained in voice, acting and dance as they rehearse over their 18 week session.
Tuesdays: 4pm-5:15pm
(18 week Program beginning September 19th)

Public Shows Feb 9th at 6:30pm and Feb 10th at 1pm
